Job Description:

The opportunity:
The North America Accounts Payable Team within the Accounting Operations Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to analyze RNV and GRIR reports and work with locations and vendors across the country to ensure Client is properly recording liabilities. They will work to identify root causes of issues and work with various departments to improve processes. This individual will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

How you will impact Client:

• Ensure proper expense recognition and financial reporting of Client expenses by ensuring the RNV and GRIR balances are correct
• Ensure timely payments to vendors
• Work with various locations to ensure goods have been properly received
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices have been vouchered
• Work with vendors and other Accounts Payable groups to research any discrepancies
• Lead process improvement initiatives

What you need to succeed:

• 3 - 5 years experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• RNV knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate efforts across departments
• Process improvement mindset
• JD Edwards
• SAP
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Accounting or Finance degree is a plus
