Job Description:

  • Manager Sponsors: Customer & Client Senior management leaders - the driving force of change
  • Manage Change Agents: Service Desk Analyst & Customer Service Owners- reducing target resistance, measure readiness, assess existing people/structures
  • Manage Marketing collateral  identification and creation inline with adoption practices in customer environment and ITSD
  • Keep track of insights from top ticket drivers, volumetric & kpi metrics contractual and internal SI
  • Keep updated stakeholder influence chats and resistance management plans
  • Establish and manage End user/IT training Strategy and Approach
  • Establish Reward and Recognition programs
  • Recommend applicable best practices under service enhancements
  • Design Service feedback plan
  • Manage Communication Roll out, Service Rollouts along with customer
  • Identify gaps in service acceptability from End user feedback service
  • Identify CAPA measures to close gaps in discussion with stakeholders
  • Continuously update vision of desired future roadmap
