- The person in this role is responsible to initiate and process debt cancellation benefits requests.
- Responsible for handling in-bound calls, evaluating and answering customer inquiries.
- Review and analyze what if any documentation is need to process benefits.
- Should maintain details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues.
- Experience in customer service experience - claims, data entry is required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
