Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing product and service information, processing of requests received via email, Case Management, and phone.
  • Should perform advanced clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature supporting the Commercial Client Service Teams.
  • Responsible for resolving complex customer issues with minimal guidance and escalating them when needed.
  • Cross sell appropriate Cash Management products and services to meet client needs.
  • Skills and Experience :
  • Should have High School or GED.
  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years Cash Management experience with a deep understanding of Treasury Solutions products and service offerings and or Commercial Loan product and servicing experience.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
