Job Description:

Summary :

  • The person is responsible to handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer communications by email and phone through 800 lines.
  • Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards to provide excellent quality service to customers
  • Coordinate with internal team and other departments on various projects as assigned
  • Should have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written for customer correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
  • P and C license would be a plus.
