Location : Johnston, RI - 02919
Duration : 3 Months contract (Higher possibility to extend)

- Responsible for handling incoming chats in response to customer inquiries.
- Responsible to take incoming chats on checking, savings and online banking products.
- The person coming in this role will be chatting through online platform up to 3 customers at the same time – to help customers with their online banking.
- The person coming in this role will be handling 100-130 chats per day.
- Responsible for providing a differentiated experience on a variety of incoming chats related to deposit products.
- Should be able to exceed sales goals, multitask and prioritize their daily workload while staying on the lookout for new business.
- Should have customer service experience, sales or call center experience.
- Should have the ability to use Outlook email, Banking is a good to have.
- Should have strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
