Duration: 1 Months Contract

- This department handles incoming calls regarding Consumer Credit Cards.
- This position will be throughout a peak processing time period for this dept.
- Candidates would be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding consumers’ online access.
- This position will require someone who can problem solve, troubleshoot, and think through a problem.
- This position is within a call center with call volume between 30-50 calls per day.
Skills And Experience:
- Customer Service Experience.
- Ability to use Outlook Email.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn and share new concepts quickly.
- Confidence and conviction in client products to advise clients on a resolution that meets their needs.
Shift hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
