Job Description: 

Summary :

  • The person will be responsible to answer incoming calls by performing average availability, talk time and call volume.
  • Support clients through providing them with information on their insurance coverage and assist with additional inquiries as required.
  • Assists by initiating claims and offer subsequent status information.
  • Responsible to draft written responses to customer inquiries.
  • Must have High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or call center.
  • Should have ability to prioritize work flow and handle multiple claims simultaneously.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English would be a great plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Excel and MS Word.
