Job Description:

  • Interact with suppliers by phone or email to provide information in regards to Accounts Payable.
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in French.
  • Research Accounts Payable in multiple systems for issue resolution.
  • Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, an enterprise system).
  • Adhere to service level agreement (processing time frames, discounts captured, response times to vendor/mill inquiries, etc.).
  • 4-5 years Accounts Payable processing experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience working with JD Edwards will be huge plus.
