Summary:

  • Responsible for explaining policies and products to customers, answer questions, help customers understand product features, with online banking processes and general bank services in order to educate and support customers.
  • Should answer customer phone calls and verify customer identity by asking them to provide required personal information and compare given data to stored data in the system in order to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Responsible for operating phone systems and computer systems to find required information,  to read emails and use calendar functions in Outlook, reset customer passwords and information, enter and retrieve data in all bank systems in order to quickly and accurately help customers.
  • Resolve customer problems/issues by determining possible courses of action and fostering acceptance of the solution in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Solves problems including taking action on fee rebates, activating cards, replacing cards, ordering checks, updating customer information, executing stop payments, taking applications for overdraft protection, etc.
  • Sells products by determining most appropriate products for customers, explain rates and product benefits, refer to computer prompts on suggestive selling and determine appropriate situations to suggest products in order to deepen customer relationship.
