Role and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients during integration and on-boarding activities through phone and email.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments and vendor partners documenting process and provides updates.
  • Possess a positive personality, ease of communication over the phone with clients performing a high volume of outbound calls to Retail Automotive Dealerships.

Responsibilities and years of experience associated with job duties:

  • Looking for Customer Service experience or telemarketing  experience with Some basic knowledge of DMS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds etc.
