Job Description:

Entry-level engineering position. Performs routine analysis in technical or scientific areas. Works directly with staff at the direction of the manager. The primary focus of this job will be to perform research and development on technologies for inspection of plant components, including the applicability of such inspections to an operating plant.

Job Duties:

• Conduct technical searches, conduct surveys and analyze information in support of the project team
• Perform engineering/scientific analysis under the direction of a manager. Beginning to demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in providing technical solutions.
• Perform data acquisition using nondestructive methods such as ultrasonic, electromagnetic, and advanced remote visual. Performs data analyses, review progress and evaluates results.
• Statistical data analysis
• CAD Modeling, ideally Solidworks or Inventor
• Programming: MATLAB, Python

Required Skills/Experience/Education

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil)
