Job Description:

  • Key Objective: RSA Archer eGRC development in an Agile Framework
  • Provide support to TFS’ enterprise Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance SaaS hosted solution
  • Bring your knowledge of eGRC and provide analysis and recommendations for solutions involving system design and configuration of the Archer GRC software tool focusing on enterprise wide integration
  • Understand and partner to align with TFS’ compliance and risk posture as it relates to the organizations key objectives
  • Support roadmap sessions with business stakeholders
  • Work in with an Agile SCRUM team and break down epics into user stories working with Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Internal Audit, Accounting SOX, Risk, Information Security and Vendor Management business areas as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Act as a liaison and contact to Business Units, Integration/Infrastructure, Architecture, providing an advocate for technology initiatives within assigned business area
  • Participate in multiple technology and/ or business releases and play a key role as subject matter expert for successful implementation
  • Drive User Story generation across business and technology teams to support a healthy backlog of capability development within assigned domain
  • Identify potential new and improved technical directions, develop strategic options/ approaches to recommend to management
  • Act as critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process and procedures, and change management efforts
  • Conduct all phases of complex analysis to prioritize making recommendations toward solutions
  • Work closely with the IT Governing Groups to ensure Development Standards are met
  • Provide, analyze, recommend, negotiate, and direct work as subject matter expert on complex, technical issues
  • Facilitate successful delivery for assigned releases - Ensure internal IT and business needs are clearly identified, designed and constructed to meet quality standards.    
  • Work closely with the Business units and IT partners to create, identify, and evaluate deliverables such as user stories, business process models, user manuals, test plans and test results, as well as release plans
  • Create, evaluate, and present complex technical business cases, “as-is” and “to-be” business processes, “current” and “future” technology integration design recommendations to colleagues, management, business customers and vendors
  • Collaborate with Business units and IT partners to provide effort estimate / user story points
  • Understand the future direction of business, its impact on the business and the role IT plays

Must Haves:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
  • Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience with SharePoint, SailPoint, Tableau, Centrify, Wolters Kluwer TM, ServiceNow a plus!
