Job Description:

Endpoint Windows 10/Intune Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test and execute Windows 10 operating system deployments using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Responsible for maintaining periodic "Windows as a service" upgrade cycles by testing and deploying Windows 10 in-upgrade task sequences in SCCM
  • Assist with designing and deploying Intune configurations, policies and settings for Windows 10 endpoints in a SCCM co-management infrastructure
  • Maintenance of Intune policies, baselines, and conditional access rules for Windows 10
  • Creation and maintenance of Azure AD security groups for endpoint management

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience architecting, designing, and building SCCM OSD task sequences and deployment solutions in a large environment
  • 2+ years of experience configuring Intune for Windows 10 device management
  • OS debugging - ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve OSD and OS upgrade issues and failures
  • Thorough knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft PowerShell required
  • Additional scripting or task automation experience preferred
  • Experienced in creating and managing large-scale deployments (10,000+ devices)
  • Able to identify, troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with MDT, PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit, PowerShell scripting ISE's, GitHub, and other scripting tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 operating system features and key upgrade requirements
  • Experience with mobile device management for Windows 10
  • Experience building software deployment packages and software update deployment groups
  • Experience with administering device and user security in Active Directory and Azure AD

  • Identify and recommend changes to procedures that can be improved or automated
  • Stay current with latest changes in the Microsoft device management product landscape
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
