Job Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in  Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio 
• Support the Project Manager in driving an initiative by performing the following tasks: 
• Monitor and track action items and milestones to ensure on time delivery
• create and maintain project status reports for weekly report outs
• support the creation and execution of a communication plan
• gather large amount of information, perform analysis and offer recommendations
• set up meetings; create agendas; take meeting minutes and ensure all stakeholders remain informed; establish and maintain a RAID log
• create and maintain status reports that tracks projects overall effort; create and update an executive dashboard;
• work with key stakeholders to ensure action items/ milestones assigned to them; other duties as deemed necessary.
