Job Description:
- The ability to follow mechanical test procedures and provide summary data
- Testing / Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Assist with mechanical Equipment assembly of system components
- Equipment move and set-up
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Working experience in Medical Device manufacturing with cleanroom
- Can run experiments on computer controlled electro-mechanical devices and capture data as required
- Can use instruments to measure/debug electro-mechanical equipment (oscilloscopes, DMM’s, force gauges)
- Understanding of basic AC/DC components and wiring (plugs, circuit breakers, switches)
- Basic fabrication skills
- LabVIEW (Nice to have)
- Agile (Nice to have)
- Optical / laser experience (Nice to have)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team execution and addressing technical queries to resolve the gaps.
- Inform to key stake holders regarding ongoing challenges and bottlenecks within manufacturing activities.
- Maintain and adhere to the project timelines as per manufacturing requirements to make sure the compliance.
- Monitors and track the progress to meet the customer expectations and quality requirements
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Essential:
- Associate or Bachelors Degree – Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing
- Hands on Experience in Product development of Medical devices is an added advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g. 21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 9001; EU MDD/MDR
