- Candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for a Client’s Managed Services Customer and also would be responsible for proactive network monitoring, trouble isolation and resolution of incidents with LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
- Candidate should have 3+ years’ experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting routers and switches in a fast pace production environment.
This position requires to start with swiveling tickets between client’s Incident Management Tool and the customers Incident Management Tool, and ultimately grow into full network management responsibilities.
