Essential Job Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

  • Must have a clean driving record and no suspensions.
  • Must have 1 year Auto industry experience.
  • Vehicle Title and Registration Experience/Office Experience/Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of office support and technical tasks relating to motor vehicle transactions and tax collection.
  • Handles the processed motor vehicle titles, registrations. Quality checks all title documents.
  • Prepares registration and titling paperwork, validates and ships registration documents and license plates.
  • May also be involved in the daily shipping process and scanning documents to clients and BMV.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
  • 3-5 years experience in the office setting.
  • Typical Office Work.
  • Requires long periods of Quality Checking title work (6+hrs).
