Job Description:

  • At least 5+ years of experience with Lean implementation expertise (preferably handled initiatives in BFSI vertical/ Transactional KPO/BPO processes)
  • Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience implementing Six Sigma projects in an IT environment (non-manufacturing) with specific tools and calculations
  • Is a recognized Lean Six Sigma expert (ASQ certified Green Belt will be ideal)
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Candidate should have hands on 3 years’ experience on monitoring process quality, error analysis, root cause identification
  • Knowledge of Advance Excel (will be preferred)

  • Coordination with Operations team & Excellent Customer service abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and coaching/ mentoring skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a Team Player
  • Hands on experience on Lean/ Six Sigma Projects ( preferable completed 2-3 projects)

Key Accountabilities:  

  • Facilitate MIS needs for SLA performance reporting
  • Creation of Quality check sheet/ error log sheets
  • Error Monitoring, Review Sampling and tracking Internal/ External Errors
  • Ensure effective implementation of RCA and appropriate CAPA
  • Known Exception/ Knowledge Database (KeDB) Implementation
  • Health Check Implementation and CSAT
  • Tracking process improvement/ productivity
  • Facilitate employee suggestion for process improvement (generation to implementation validating and tracking)
