  • Routes to Support Program Manager
  • Program Types:  Rollout new call centers, Drive End-to-End Readiness for Messaging (Automated and Agent-Driven), Drive End-to-End Readiness for CTI Functionality (Micro-Apps, CTI setups)
  • Technical Awareness: Genesys CTI, LivePerson Messaging
  • Stakeholder Experience: Customer Experience (Support)

Must Haves:

  • Program Management Experience
  • Stakeholder Management Experience (Communications Capabilities)                                                                        
  • Customer Experience experience (Call Center IT Projects)

Nice To Have:

  • Technical awareness above
  • Sales Call Center experience
