Job Description:   

  • Coordinate with R&D and external suppliers to develop the qualification plans for components, coordinate with supplier to deliver and evaluate all data required to demonstrate the capability of their process. 
  • Identify potential suppliers to product new components. Coordinate between supplier and R&D to optimize the design and manufacturing of the component.  
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to drive activities required to set up a new product in the supply chain (ERP and Customer Facing systems) 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to resource and execute a portfolio of projects. 

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering 
  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Familiar with Measurement System Analysis 
  • Familiar with GD&T 
  • Knowledge of engineered materials and fabrication methods 
  • Familiar with statistical analysis  
  • Familiar with risk management 

Preferred:

  • Experience in Medical Device Industry 
  • Experience in New Product Development 
  • Experience with project management 
  • Cross functional leadership  
  • Manufacturing experience 
  • Manufacturing process development experience
