Job Description:

Summary

  • You will be aligned with our Service management vertical and help us by being the frontrunner in terms of products / services provided that are reliable and safe for the intended users, meeting all obligations and continually learning and improving in all spheres to pursue the moving target.
  • You will be working as a part of Service management, Workforce Management team which maximizes performance levels and competency for an organization. The process includes all the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce, such as field service management, human resource management, performance and training management, data collection, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.
  • You will be responsible for Data Analysis, Reporting, WFM where in you will be involved in the process of extracting useful information by analyzing different types of data sets. Data Analysis is used to discover hidden patterns, market trends and consumer preferences. It consists of Design, develop and deploy data analysis programs.

  • Data Analysis, Reporting, WFM, Good communication skills

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Interaction is with peers within Client before updating supervisors.
  • Likely has limited exposure with clients and/or Client management. Moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments would be provided.
  • Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others . Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
