Job Description:

Skills Required:

  • Managing large projects 
  • Managing and coordinating with multiple development and operations teams
  • Agile and SAFe process knowledge


  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
  • Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for the progression of code in the development, QA, UAT, TEST, and production environments
  • Work collaboratively with all participants in software development and Infrastructure projects, in multiple teams and support and co-ordinate the developers and testers during the release cycle
  • Build the IT Release Calendar in working closely with the CIO and Senior Executives
  • Develop project plans, including goals, identification of risks, budget, resource requirements, and communicates goals with the team
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the bugs and enhancements, customer requests, and operating system updates
  • Use agile methodologies with focus on incorporating iterative releases into the design and release control processes
  • Keep up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions
  • Collaborate effectively and consistently with project sponsor, key stakeholders, cross functional teams, and core team to enlist project support and facilitate completion of work.
