Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage tools for compliance use in monitoring and reporting of status, metrics, KPIs, etc.
  • Responsible for conducting audits that will be performed at the corporate and individual customer level requiring regular interaction with department heads, external auditors and customers
  • Field, review and respond to audit requests, working with specific engineering groups to develop appropriate process and procedures to attain audit compliance
  • Guide and manage the common set of compliance policies and other technical and procedural documentation and promote ongoing awareness of regulations
  • Coordination of matrix-based and third-party resources in support of audit and compliance activities
  • Orchestrate Control Self-Assessment testing to maintain and validate adherence to audit and standards specifications
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners, sponsors and stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with other internal departments
  • All other functions as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • This person will have excellent decision quality, combining a mix of experience, good judgment, and logic to make strong and quality decisions
  • Resource will be able to show strong organizational agility, be knowledgeable in how organizations work, how to get things done both through formal channels and informal networks, understands the reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures and understands the culture of the organization
  • Resource should be a to map risk controls to infrastructure in order to mitigate risk gap and remediation, while yielding risk ranking and matrix 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical enterprise and risk audit, compliance or similar role with experience in responding to SSAE-16, ISO and other audit requirements
  • Demonstrated capability as a self-directing driver of complex cross-team; cross-partner programs;
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, but with written communications as well as presentation skills
  • Proven experience of developing and managing a methodical approach to fielding, reviewing and responding to audit needs
  • Strong analysis skills; ability to evaluate customer requirements and modify existing solutions

  Education:

  • Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other relevant major

CISA, CRISC, and any other relevant independent certification
