- Project Management experience
- ITIL process knowledge
- ASM project experience
- Plan and track 24x7 shift for team members
- Handle P1 incident calls.
- Experienced in handling incident management, problem management
- To track the performance of the overall support delivery with the help of Metrices
- Track SLAs and ensure compliance
- Experienced in handling Service Now tool / Jira / AppDynamics monitoring tool
- Knowledge in J2EE would be an added advantage.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting for customer.
