Job Description:

  • Seasoned Production Support Manager with experience running Managed Services teams for Java/J2ee/ microsevices based applications/ projects.
  • Must have experience in managing large teams supporting highly critical applications in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Must bring value and create a positive impact on the customer and end-user experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team meets all the SLAs and KPIs.
  • Responsible for ensuring the backlog remains under control and takes necessary actions to reduce the ticket count.
  • Responsible for planning and managing all changes to software and/or infrastructure.
  • Responsible for risk planning and management.
  • Responsible for managing all escalations and bring them to resolutions.
  • Responsible for status reporting and reviews on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Responsible for participating and hosting conference bridges for P1/P2 incidents.
  • Periodically perform gap analysis and makes recommendations.
  • Ensuring the team completes the RCA within a stipulated time and tracks the actions to closure
  • Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities, optimizing the effort and increasing productivity.
