Job Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• As the Greeter, you will play a vital role in the customer experience, by serving as a front-line ambassador.
• Welcomes customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the store; including a smile, handshake, and opening the door for each customer entering the store.
• Provides a variety of customer service support duties to customers.
• Reviews customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions; determines appropriate solutions and/or responses.
• Ensures timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner.
• Should have ability to lift 15 pounds, ability to multi task, and good customer service
• 32 hours per week on a rotating schedule
