Applicants must be okay with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and flexiable to be on call every 4 weeks for 1 week.
Salary for this position with range between $40K and 60K per year based on experience of the candidate.
Overview: The Store Systems Help Desk Analyst provides support to the team responsible for the organization’s technical support work order process for stores. This individual optimizes available resources in order to ensure accurate and efficient troubleshooting for field personnel.
- Support the Help Desk Team with trouble tickets that cover both hardware and software applications.
- Basic Calls and Trouble Shooting
- Mentors HD Technicians
- In-depth RPOS knowledge
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 1 + years of similar role
- Knowledge of PC, Network, Hardware, Software and Configuration
