Job Description:

  • Potential candidates must be able to communicate well and have worked in a role similar to what are sourcing for.
  • The role in itself is a walk up helpdesk environment.
  • Very similar to the Genius Bars at Apple. Or a geek squad type environment.
  • Its 80% working at the walkup desk or tech lounge, and 20% deskside and remote.
  • We are seeking candidates ONLY whom have worked in such roles.
  • The role will consist of support for the following operating systems, Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
  • Candidates must be able to answer support questions for operating systems as they will be interviewed with support questions
  • Minimum Experience can be 1 year supporting a client, remotely is fine, anything longer we will also consider
  • Linux skills we are seeking is someone who has reimaged, or supported RHEL 6 or RHEL 7 and also with support functions.
  • Can be JR level.
  • Level 1 one, But must understand Terminal.
  • Our environment here is a mix of Windows, Mac and Linux.
  • Candidates will need to have superior customer service skills, multitask and be able to wear multiple hats within the role
