Job Description:

  • Execute Testing cases along with business and IT users a new cloud CRM implementation
  • Ability to validate data and log defects/bugs (desired but not mandatory)
  • This roles can be of someone Junior or with some experience (No need for a senior experience)
  • Ability to understand and follow test scripts within the different CRM entities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience (3-5 years)  using MS Dynamics CRM 365 and/or 2016 (Certifications are a plus)
  • SQL and relational DB experience.
  • Excellent communication, client facing and problem solving skills
