Job Description:    

  • Responsible for operating multiple hospital information system computer systems, printers, consoles and other auxiliary equipment used in the production of reports, documents, and data entry in the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly operation of the organization.
  • Responsible for proper use of the IT Service Management toolset (e.g. ServiceNow) and hospital ticketing system to manage work queues.
  • Compile and/or print daily bills, letters and reports; weekly letters and guarantor statements; biweekly payroll reports; monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
  • Maintains and orders production supplies needed to complete production duties ensuring the quantity on hand can sustain the demands of the production.  Maintains general office supply levels.
  • File maintenance of supporting production documentation: user and provider dictionary requests, production logs, and electronic daily balancing files.
  • Coordinating provider dictionary information and medical staff dictionary to ensure access compliance.
  • Should develop, support and maintain systems documentation and procedures as needed.

Required Experience And Certification:

  • Should have a high school, GED or equivalent with at least 1 - 2 years of related work experience.  
  • Should have experience in healthcare.
  • Should have A+, MCSC, MCSE, ITIL foundations certification.
  • Should have experience with Microsoft Access Directory, Microsoft Office Suite and IT ticketing systems (i.e. Service Now).  
  • Should have strong communication skills and PC skills.
