Duration: 6+ Months
- This position focuses on Mac OS X, Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as some Linux support.
- Applications include but are not limited to MS Office, ESET Antivirus, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, CrashPlan Backup, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite / Creative Cloud, ServiceNow and various utility programs.
- 1-3 years related experience in relevant computer training and/or support.
- Apple and A+ certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with whole disk encryption products such as FileVault and BitLocker.
- Knowledge in the following applications would also be beneficial: COMSOL, MATLAB, SolidWorks, ChemBioOffice, OriginPro, LaserGene, DNAStar, Acronis, DeployStudio, Microsoft SharePoint, GraphPad Prism, SciFinder, Endnote, Papers, Parallels, VirtualBox, AxisTV, and Office365.
