- 7+ years’ experience in handling enterprise level Voice environment and has extensive experience with Oracle
- Session Boarder Controller (SBC). Additionally, require to have MS Teams or Skype for Business Enterprise Voice features.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise level complex Voice environment.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise SIP call flow and signaling mechanism.
- Oracle Session Boarder Controller (SBC) SME with extensive experience in call routing using SBC
- Infrastructure maintenance for Oracle SBC environment.
- Understanding of 0365 Cloud Models and EX Licensing and Features
- Strong understanding of MS Teams and/or Skype for Business call flows and troubleshooting PSTN Scenarios
- Strong understanding and experience with MS TEAMS/Skype and SIP Knowledge of Active Directory –
- Domain Services & ADFS Federation Services “core” concepts Strong knowledge on TEAMS PowerShell administration Knowledge about front end/back end, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration
- Strong Knowledge SIP, TLS
- Strong communications skills and Strong hands on experience in complex enterprise Voice environment.
- Enterprise network topology including: Active Directory, Wide Area Connectivity (On premise and Internet based), Firewall technologies and SSL certificates.
- Administration, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Managing MS Teams / Skype for Business environments.
- Configuring & troubleshooting Public IM &amp; Federation contact issues
- Able to provide voice gateway administration support (ie Oracle SBC, SONUS, Audio Codes -
- SBA/SBC) to also include: Basic understanding and functionality for TEAMS/Skype integration requirements, troubleshooting, managing, configuring etc.
- Deploying and configuring Enterprise Voice for SIP calls to PSTN calls
- Understanding of CRAS like US7, E911, Federation Policies
- Understanding of troubleshooting tools such as TEAMS dedicated tools, UC Commander, Fiddler etc
