Job Title: Administrative Assistant I
Location: Phoenix AZ 85019
Duration: 4 Months Contract

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Inventory Maintenance / Accounts Payable
- Ultimate candidate will have experience, and/or education;
- Business, Communications, Accounting
- Sharp computer skills required.
- Ability to learn and navigate various software programs.
- Placing Purchase Orders after careful evaluation of order reports.
- Projection of expected product usage.
- Receiving of all materials.
- Reading and understanding various forms:
- Bill of Ladings
- Order Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Packing Slips
- New Vendor set up and communication with suppliers.
- Attentive to details. Verification of product item numbers, quantities, and pricing.
- Reports to, and assists Plant Manager
- Additional tasks as they arise.
- Foresight into prevention of possible issues and Problem solving as needed.
- Always trying to stay ahead of the game.
