Job Description:
- Electrical Project Lead coordinator for Tester Development engineering activities for
- Electrical component level testing
- Change impact assessment and documentation
- Subsystem testing protocols preparation, build test protocol preparation (Analog, Digital boards and Mixed Signal Boards)
- Follow Quality process for Test fixture design
- Interaction with suppliers
- Project management
- Issues reporting/troubleshooting
- Support customer team for any corrective action for the issues
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred
- Previous experience with complex electrical, electro-mechanical product development
- Must have previous work experience in microcontroller (latest models), CPLD/FPGA and/or digital logic , Serial protocols (USB, I2C, SPI, RS232, etc)
- Previous experience in analog control electronics, sensor and solutioning
- Experience in electrical requirements, board specification and system requirement writing
- Previous experience with product testing
- Must be able to bring quick solution in reworking existing unit with hardware and/or software.
- Experience in medical product development and testing (preferred)
- Must understand and use simple electronics in lab environment (power supplies, data acquisition, oscilloscope, current probes, signal generator etc)
- Comfortable with working in a lab environment and executing hands on testing
- Must be familiar with technical work instructions and drawings, and good documentation practices
- Must be familiar with software tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
- Agile, Scrum Management
- Familiarity working in an FDA-regulated industry a plus
